The conditions under which You do so are as follows:
1.The apartment has to have been bought from Bestbulgarianproperties of from our partners Bulgarianrealestate Ltd.
2.The apartments not bought from the agents cited above have to be situated in the most attractive parts of the town and have to be furnished according to our specific requirements for apartments for letting. Please ,have a look at the List of the necessary things.
3.We shall sign a contract with You for a term of minimum of 2(two) years and respectively a minimum of 2(two) years termed property management contract with Property management Ltd.
4.The management and the maintenance of Your apartment will be effected by a management team of ours which shall be specially appointed for this property.
5.The household linen and towels change shall be effected by our team of hygienists in a period defined at our discretion after the leave of each client.
6.The advertisement and the relation with the tenants shall be effected by our Marketing department and through our specially organized Reservation system.
7.The clients who have declared their arrival in a definite lodging shall be met at the airport, railway station and so on, by an assistant of ours and transported to the rented by us lodging totally free of charge
8.The tenants` registration in the police offices shall be organised immediately after their accommodation and shall be to our concern absolutely free of charge.
9.Our company makes an account of the revenues and expenditures associated with each of the managed properties and this account shall be periodically submitted to each of the owners according to the conditions previously agreed upon.
10.
